This off-road product ("the Product") is intended solely for use in professional and amateur racing events conducted on closed circuits or open courses formally sanctioned by recognized racing organizations. The Product is strictly limited to competition use in the vehicle it is installed in ("the Vehicle").
Important Terms of Use:
- This Product is not intended for use on public highways, streets, or for recreational off-road driving, except during officially sanctioned racing events.
- By purchasing or installing this Product, you ("the User") agree that the Vehicle will be used exclusively for competition in compliance with these restrictions.
By accepting these terms, the User releases Northern Tuning LTD—including its employees, officers, agents, distributors, and affiliated dealers—from any liability for damages, penalties, fines, or other costs associated with misuse or non-compliance with applicable laws.
The User further acknowledges the following:
- Use of this Product outside of sanctioned racing may violate federal, provincial, or local laws, including environmental and motor vehicle regulations.
- Installing or using this Product may void manufacturer warranties on the Vehicle or its components.
- Improper use of this Product may render the Vehicle unsafe, increasing the risk of property damage, personal injury, or loss of life.
- Installation errors, use with incompatible components, or failure to use required supporting parts can result in significant safety risks, including severe injury or death.
WARNING:
This Product is designed exclusively for competition use. Any other use, including operation on public roads or highways, is prohibited by federal law. If you plan to use this Product for highway driving or any non-sanctioned off-road purposes, do not purchase or install it.

NO LIABILITY DISCLAMIER
Northern Tuning LTD accepts no responsibility for any consequential damages. We will not be held accountable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential losses (including, but not limited to, lost business revenue, operational interruptions, data loss, vehicle downtime, or other financial damages) that may arise from the use or inability to use our tuning products, even if Northern Tuning LTD has been made aware of the potential for such damages.
Northern Tuning LTD is not liable for any harm to vehicles, computers, or other equipment, nor for personal injury, loss of life, penalties, legal claims, reduced profits, incorrect data, environmental damage, or any breaches of legal or regulatory requirements stemming from the use or misuse of our products.
Our tuning products are not intended for applications where their misuse, failure, or improper use could result in injury, death, property damage, or environmental harm, nor are they intended to violate transportation, safety, environmental, or other regulations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
