Shipping & Returns Policy

At Northern Tuning LTD., we strive to provide high-quality products and reliable service to all of our customers. Please review our shipping and return policies carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Northern Tuning accepts returns on unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
  • The factory seal and packaging must remain intact
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Any packages or boxes that have been opened, tampered with, or installed are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped back to the original shipping address provided by Northern Tuning within the 30-day return window.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Custom tuning or calibration files
  • Tuning hardware or handheld tuning devices
  • Exhaust systems
  • EGR products

These items are considered final sale.

If you have any questions regarding compatibility, installation, or product selection, we strongly encourage you to contact our team prior to making your purchase.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weather conditions, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate shipping information is provided at checkout. Northern Tuning LTD. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details.

For orders shipped from Canada into the United States, any applicable tariffs, duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by U.S. authorities or shipping carriers are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are outside of Northern Tuning LTD.’s control and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Northern Tuning LTD. is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs agencies.
