All tuning sold by Northern Tuning Ltd. is emissions-compliant only. We do not sell, promote, or provide defective tuning or emissions-removal tuning in any way, shape, or form. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or end user to ensure that emissions compliance is maintained after purchasing and installing our products.

Any exhaust or EGR systems referenced are strictly intended for enclosed racing vehicles only and are not to be used on public roads or on-highway vehicles.

• Emissions delete tuning and hardware modifications are not offered, promoted, or endorsed for use on public highways.

• Northern Tuning does not provide delete services. Any decision to alter or remove emissions equipment is made solely at the discretion and risk of the vehicle owner.

• You assume full responsibility for the installation, use, and consequences of any tuning or hardware products purchased.

• You agree that Northern Tuning is not liable for any legal or financial penalties resulting from non-compliance with emissions regulations.
